The location is fantastic, right above a lively pub in the center of Lyme Regis. Loved the friendly staff who were really accommodating. Nice touch with the complimentary Prosecco and fresh flowers in my room. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a large shower in the clean bathroom. the initial room I was in had some issues. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, making it hard to wash my hair. I also missed having a TV in the room. Noise from the pub and outside deliveries in the morning was quite bothersome, especially with a delivery lorry unloading at 6:45 AM on a Sunday. I felt like the price was a bit steep considering breakfast wasn’t included. It would have been great to have a bit more lighting in the bathroom and perhaps a fan for warmer days.

Clean, comfortable accommodations with quirky decor add a unique charm. The bay window seat offers a perfect spot for people-watching, enhancing the experience.
Noise levels can be an issue. both street noise and early morning kitchen sounds disrupt peace. The shower’s water pressure leaves much to be desired, making hair washing a challenge. A lack of proper lighting in the bathroom and a missing TV feel like significant oversights, especially for the price. The small landing area appears somewhat dreary, and unexpected deliveries at 7am can be quite jarring on a Sunday morning.

Cozy and Convenient Stay
I had a lovely one-night stay in the beautifully decorated Deluxe Double Room, complete with a cozy bay window seat perfect for people-watching. The quality bedding and a coffee machine added a nice touch. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main attractions, though the noise from the street could be a bit lively at times.

The staff were very friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The homemade food shared among guests added a special touch to our stay, making it memorable.
Unfortunately, some areas could benefit from more attention to maintenance.

Quaint location above a lively pub.
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by numerous disturbances. The shower had extremely low water pressure, making it impossible to wash hair properly. we were awakened early by kitchen noise and delivery trucks, disrupting our rest. The room itself was overpriced with no TV and a lack of necessary amenities, unfortunately leaving us feeling disappointed.

A cozy retreat with charm!
We had such a lovely stay! Our room was super cute and had its own bar. A window seat to people-watch. The complimentary bubbly in the fridge was a nice touch. The linens were luxurious, and the bed felt amazing. Just a bit noisy because it was above the bar. Location was spot on, too, close to the beach.
